My '78 has the standard 2-speed in-dash wiper control. Both speeds are way too fast for the constant, slow drizzle we've had in Austin for the last 3 days. Intermittent wiper controls/modules exist, but I can't seem to figure out how they install or work. Has anybody done this upgrade?

If I replaced my current wiper control switch with this one, would that give me intermittent speeds? Or would I also have to replace/add other parts?
