I used Captain fab mounting plate and coupler, have to shorten factory steering shaft, and got a box for a 1980 C10, pump and lines. takes a little to fit the pump, and have to drill out some mounting holes, but kit has directions.

 

There is also a company called REZ Engineering that sold a bracket/kit for doing it, some of the after market people sold it. Dunno if they are still around.
