When it is rains, when the humidity is very high, my car in the garage often gets moisture all over it due to the high humidity.

I solved this problem by simply putting a box fan in the garage and leaving it turned on, no more moisture buildup on the car, engine etc, causing rust.

So are you leaving the garage doors open or ?

I too had this problem when I lived in Ohio. I used a "Car Jacket" bag on my cars in the late Fall / Winter with used cans and bags of desicant inside and under the car, inside the bag.

My solution was moving to the arid high plains of Colorado. Problem solved.

depending on you garage, you could install some kind of vent or vent fan pointing towards the outside ...

or this isn't an option ... ?
