Hello everyone,
I have a 78 Chevy 1/2 2 wheel drive truck I am playing with. Was wondering how big of a 15" tire can go on the front without rubbing issues. I was hoping to put 235/75/15's all the way around. Will I have issues
Thanks in advance,
Shawn

My 64` has 275 / 15 / 60`s on all four corners, I`m sure you can. they are on 15/8 inch ralleys and lowere, your fender clearances are greater than mine..

Radials was an option back in 78,at least thats what the salesman told me.Size was 235/75r15.I opted for the bias tire size L7815.Still running original spare.I ran the 275r15's for years with no problem and they fit the rally wheels good.Like Rich said plenty of room.Went back to 255\70r15 and gave up some width but I was wanting to recover some of the height.Actually a lot of guys here ran 31.50r15 on 10 inch wheels with no problem

I use 235's on my 77,C-10.
No problems ever.
They are the factory size.
Any other size will change the speedo reading.
