Gas Monkey building a pace truck for the Pikes peak run aired last night will finish on Monday......they pulled the 472 out of the '52 and put it and a Jerico in the truck with some porter built members....the extra chrome trim came from the previous owner...ugh....

It appearred to me based on the first episode that other than sheet metal and the frame there isn't much left of the original '65. A whole lot of new stuff.

Which equals another $50,000+ truck build if you indeed did good accounting on parts and labor, which seldom happens.

But it's fun to watch and makes me feel better about how upside down I am in my truck
