I had to help my son in law flush and change his leaking radiator `01 mustang, it`s a v6, so here in Calif, you cannot buy any rad flush thats stronger than toothpaste, and his needed flushing badly, so spent 2hr running the car with the hose connected, then I had him put 2 gallon of white vinegar in and had him leave it four days, we dumped it out and flushed again with it running til it ran clear, everything is clean, changed the radiator and filled with prestone, he` had never changed fluids he just added water so it was some nasty rust....

Vinegar & Water Cleansing.... 406 Rich has reinvented a product: "Summer's Eve" Radiator Flush 16coffee

Sorry Rich but this was just too obvious not to post .....

Well maybe, but it sure works good, considering how bad the rust was in his ford, you know where it kinda looks like chocolate milk coming out when you first started draining it....sign0013 almost terminal...anim_63
