Choke adjustment

I have a 62 C 10. Single barrel carb. Has been hard to start when cold, I believe the choke isn't closing all the way when I pull on the knob, have about 3/8 gap when engaged . Does anyone have an idea how to adjust the choke?

Should be a couple screws one one the choke wire and one on the shield
