Hi, happy new year to you all,

Have a c10 that i am wanting to start up , it's a older 250 (engine) and it's a bit foreign to me? The history of the engine is vague so I'm perplexed on how to approach the matter. It doesn't need much from what I could see however the wiring and the distributor I have to do my homework on it.

I have pictures , and can send more most appropriate for the advice.

Nice old truck these old trucks are not very complicated
Make sure your wiring is intact
If your worried about your wiring replace it order yourself a wiring harness from lmc trucks or Brothers the harnesses are not hard to replace.
Take your time take pictures do your research. l would start with the engine harness
