Hello all, I need some help troubleshooting brake problems. I have converted both front and rear brakes. After installing brake booster, port valve, bench bled the master cylinder and bled the brakes I can't build a firm pedal. The pedal is much more firm with the trucks not running but when started the pedal goes straight to the floor. any suggestions?

You still have air in the system, sometimes the prop valve gets stuck to one side in which case you need to recenter it by removing the center bolt and inserting the too as shown to the right to center the valve again, run your shoes on all four wheels up against the drums to eliminate any slack in the system to get more pressure on the hydraulic system... one more question arises was this a complete kit or from a donor truck...? by the way welcome to the forum glad to have you here...
