1970 C10 High rear end after suspension drop??

G’Day from Australia.

im looking for a little advice on my suspension set up on my 1970 C10 Long Bed.
We recently replaced the front and rear suspension springs and shocks along with a front and rear disc brake conversion.
The front sits well with a 2.5in drop spindle and 2in lowering spring (new shocks and relocation kit)
The rear has a 6in lowering spring, new shocks and relocation kit.
I was expecting the rear to sit a lot lower than it has.
I even notched the chassis, expecting it to sit low, but it’s not even close to touching the chassis.
I purchased all the parts from POL and have checked the part numbers which appear correct.

Any ideas for a newbie…..

Cheers.

Did that kit include shocks? Can you link the kit so we can see it..
This shows the part numbers for the rear springs and shocks.
both appear to be correct for a 6in rear drop.

thanks

Couldn't tell what they're using vs web page. Did you try contacting their technical support? Did you measure the static height of the shocks? That will be part of determining the actual height.
Welcome to the forum
You do have to 'flip the rear axle'. Was that done?

I have 6in lowering coil springs and shocks on the rear
Hey Ned, any chance you could post a pic of how low your front end sits ? I have lowered coils and shocks, but am about to order a disc break conversion for my '67 with 2.5" lowered drop spindles, loads of pic's of lowered trucks, but never any info on the way its been done, your set up seems to be about the closet to what I'm going to do.

thanks in advance
