My 1966 c10 pickup doors line up nicely and close good
But when I install new door seals rubber from L.M.C
The doors won't close without slamming door realy hard
Maybe a different company has better door seals or am I doing something wrong.

Rudy your probably not doing anything wrong, seems thats an age old problem, did mine 23 years ago and the right door still has that issue, the left has loosened up over the years...everyone now is using 2006 to 2011 Honda civic 2 door ...door seals no glue, the just slip on and self locking....doors close nice and seal out the weather...go to your local picked pull just get used or buy new from Honda,

Any chance the seals from the Honda will work on a '60?

Rudy, I'm curious are those seals from LMC glue on or press on? My understanding is they have both, at least for my 1960, and I plan on replacing mine soon. I'm also looking at Steelerubber and wonder if those are any different....Not sure if press on or glue from them.

My doors don't shut well at all right now, but I'm now guessing it's rotten seals.
