Hello all,

So- How do you remove the hubcaps on a 1966 c10? Do I need a special tool? Are there clips that will break if I just pry them off?

The original lug wrench had a tapered flat end on it for that purpose. A long, large screw driver will suffice. Pry them off and use the heel of your hand to re-install them

I bought a small, short rubber coated flat pry bar at the hardware store and I keep it under the bench seat.

The one I have is the perfect length and angle for grabbing the lip of the hubcap and pivoting on the wheel and *pop* off it goes.

The reason to get the rubber coated one is to protect the finish of your wheel.

You could hunt down the original bits and pieces for the jack and things tho', if you wanted.

:D
