    I’ve tried multiple time’s installing the horn cap retainer w/contact because I the horn wasn’t working. Each time I try it, there doesn’t seem to be a spring back when pushing down. It almost seems that there isn’t any movement at all. Also, the spring pin is in and is working fine. Thoughts?

    Hello, all. I'm new to this forum, but I need some help figuring out why my horn won't blow. We got it working for a while, although it sounded weak, but now it won't blow at all. Not sure whether to spend my time on the mechanism itself, fuse, or relay. Thoughts? Thanks John
