It's a three speed manual. It was on the tree. There's no linkage or shifter. One of the few parts that didn't come with the truck. I'll have to find that stuff.

Got her up on stands today and took off the old split rims. The second set from this truck I'm trashing. lol I'm getting prepped for this weekend to get these hubs apart and see what I need.

The only real bad spot I've found so far. A piece of the passenger quarter panel. The one that was dinged up.

This is the plate that came off my truck. I have the front also. It's fused to the bumper. Haha! So, this has 63 stamped into it on the right and what looks like the last sticker on the left dated 1973. So this truck was only registered for 10 years? It's got me curious.

Looks like I got hit with the Photobucket ransom note. Haha. I'll be sharing links until I sort it out.

It was a busy weekend and I didn't get much time in on my truck. My mother in-law was hit from behind in an accident. She's fine but the car is totaled. I spent my day dealing with that.
I've wanted to do some organizing in the garage before I tore the hubs apart but I got anxious last night and wanted to at least see under one. This is the front drivers side. A few cobwebs. lol This truck has been sitting for a long time.

EDIT:
OK cool. I haven't been able to use the site gallery for hosting photos here but I guess that's because I use my phone. I'm at work on the computer so it works.

They actually look pretty good from a maintenance point of view...

That's what I was thinking. I'm amazed. But if what I think is correct this truck was only driven for the first 10 years of its life.
I assumed I was going to change everything out. But I'm wondering how much I can use. The shoes seems near perfect. Am I being too cheap? Of course I'd change out all rubber stuff like lines and cylinders parts. Springs too?

As you said, change out all the soft goods, as long as the shoes are dry..( no brake fluid or grease on them ) they are good...you may have to put kits in the wheels cylinders or buy new...!
